  • Medical/Dental/Vision benefits: The medical plan offers comprehensive coverage at no monthly cost for team member only coverage. Coverage for dependents is available with Hilti paying 75 percent of the cost of the coverage. Coverage is effective first of the month following employment.
 
  • Retirement benefits: Hilti matches your contribution to the Registered Pension Plan dollar for dollar from three to five percent up to the limits allowed by the income tax legislation. Hilti also offers a Registered Retirement Savings Plan which is a voluntary election.

    We’re passionate about creating enthusiastic customers, which is why two-thirds of our team members work in the field, representing the Hilti brand, getting to know our customers and building long-lasting relationships.

    Field experience is a unique an impactful opportunity at Hilti, and one that helps our team members gain valuable knowledge. Some choose to use that knowledge to continue building direct customer relationships, while others move into management roles, or on to marketing or corporate departments where industry knowledge is impactful.
    At Hilti, field opportunities are available in nearly every state and common roles include Account Managers, Field Engineers, Business Developers, Regional and Division Managers, as well as a wide variety of specialists.
     

    Customer engagement, product knowledge and career development in store

    Countless team members have started their Hilti careers at one of more than 70 Hilti Store locations across the United States and Canada. Our stores are hubs for our customers and field team members, and it’s a great place to become an expert in our newest products, our booming industry, and unique customer needs in your area. It’s no wonder that many team members cite Hilti stores as great places for personal and career development.

    Hilti Stores are represented across nearly all United States and Canada markets, and there’s likely one very close to you. Team members working in or Hilti Stores include Hilti Store Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives. However, many Regional and Account Managers also choose to base from a Hilti Store.
     

    Open offices built for collaboration and innovation

    We’re proud of our North American offices, many of which are new or recently renovated and have been featured in articles like Glassdoor’s “20 Coolest Offices on the Best Workplaces List.” Our offices are optimized for open collaboration and innovation, with open floor plans, extensive amenities, and wi-fi throughout.

    Our Canada corporate office in Mississauga, ON houses many different teams, including many engineering and logistics teams, digital and IT, marketing, finance and other corporate roles.
     

    Skilled engineers and technicians delivering on our promises to customers

    At our Tool Service Centers, skilled, certified engineers and technicians ensure our customers’ tools are working properly, keeping projects on time and on budget. Team members working at our Tool Service Centers are an integral part of our team, helping us maintain our industry-leading warrantee and gaining access to top technology.
     
     

    A dedicated logistics group, where quality and teamwork rules

    At our Hilti Distribution Centers, we work together to package and ship customer orders throughout North America. We’re committed to quality and efficiency, but never sacrifice our caring culture.
    Team members working in our distribution centers include warehouse workers, machine operators, logistics management and more.
