We’re looking for results-driven Business Development interns to join our high-performing team.

What does the role involve?

Our summer internship is a great opportunity to bring talent into the organization and expose our interns to Hilti as a future employer. Interns typically work full-time during the summer on value-added projects that are relevant to their education and that drive Hilti’s business. Individuals who successfully complete an internship will be considered for a full-time position upon graduation.

What do we offer?

Summer interns work 40 hours a week on various projects in departments relevant to their education and in all areas of the business. Those who successfully complete an internship are considered for full time employment upon graduation. Throughout the summer, interns will be exposed to all levels of management and participate in a variety of events, including orientation with a welcome from our CEO, an overview of the business, tool training and volunteer opportunities. At the end of the summer, interns give a final presentation to senior leadership on their experience and accomplishments.

What you need is:

  • Are in pursuit of a Bachelors or Masters in Business or related field OR a Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Modelling or Related Field
  • Graduate in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Can thrive both independently and in a team environment
  • Are results-driven and proactive, able to achieve targets
  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic understanding of BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit) recommended
  • Are eligible to work in Canada permanently without sponsorship
