The Finance Analyst is the analytical and reporting expert for the Market Organization (MO). This position is responsible to work directly with the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and provide efficient and timely MO financial reporting. This role owns the non-compensation Operating Expense (OPEX) management strategy, reporting and budgetary process, as well as plays the lead in working with the sales force to identify and correct negative variances.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources for Hilti North America’s East Market Organization, the Human Resources Generalist partners with line management to provide general human resources related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employee and management groups. Key areas of responsibility include line management support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, Hilti People Review/succession planning, and organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
The Manager, Communications (Campaigns) will work with the marketing team to develop and launch innovative digital and traditional marketing campaigns for Hilti North America (HNA). This role will develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels, such as: events, digital, social, paid media, and nurture programs. This role will work across the cross-functional marketing team to drive the development and lead the execution of the campaign strategy and optimize future campaigns.
The role of Finance Business Partner (FBP) is responsible for providing strong partnership, supporting global and local tool services as part of the global community. The incumbent must have knowledge in financial and controlling related topics, understand the business complexity, and be passionate about Tool Service Center (TSC) performance improvement. The FBP is responsible for planning and steering of operating expenses (OPEX), maintaining TSC Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and investments (including project cost) within Tool Service Area.
The Accountant assists in the preparation of financial statements and analysis for assigned Market Organization(s). This position executes accounting processes maintaining Hilti’s Internal Control System. The Accountant participates in special management projects as needed.

The Credit Business Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, creating, delivering and supporting various financial reports for business users. Reports include, but may not be limited to, the Standard Market Reach Reports, Global Reports, Value Cockpit Reports and reports run through MyReports.
The role of Learning Business Partner (LBP) is responsible for maintaining and developing solutions for performance related issues. The LBP advocates for the development of Hilti employees and maintains an effective level of business literacy about the Hilti Group’s financial position, midrange plans, culture, and competition in order to provide relevant conversations and solutions to performance-related gaps.
The role of the Talent Sourcer is to contribute to Talent Acquisition efforts in generating and nurturing talent pipelines and powering total recruitment marketing to attract and engage top talent to Hilti for critical hiring needs. The Talent Sourcer supports the Talent Acquisition team’s vision to position Hilti as an employer of choice within the industrial sales and construction industries through talent sourcing and project work.
